We make it easy on your wallet! We'll ask for a 30% deposit, which you can comfortably spread into two 15% payments over three months. The final balance is due just one month before your big day.

We'll need you to arrange insurance coverage for the marquee once it's set up. This protects you against any unexpected damage, breakages, or loss - it's a standard part of our terms and conditions.

Safety is our top priority! Our marquees are engineered to withstand winds up to 50 mph, secured with hefty iron stakes and multiple robust ropes. During windier seasons, we'll add extra stakes for additional security.
In cases of extreme wind, we might need to adjust our setup to ensure everyone's safety.

We typically install your marquee 24-48 hours before your event, with larger setups potentially taking more than one day. After the celebration, we'll dismantle the marquee at your convenience, usually within a day or two (including weekends and bank holidays).

Worried about the temperature? No need! We can heat the marquee to your preferred comfort level using indirect heaters. On warmer days, we can even roll back the walls to create an open, airy feel.

Uneven terrain? No problem! We can build a custom wooden floor that follows the ground's contours (though this might involve an additional cost)
